Customs duties & international taxes: for shipments outside the EU, all customs duties, taxes and fees are payable by the buyer.

2) Tracking & delivery
- All orders include a tracking number, sent by email/SMS once the order has been dispatched.
- Deliveries are made on business days. During peak seasons (sales, Black Friday, Christmas), delivery times may be longer.
- If the courier cannot reach you, a second attempt may be made or the parcel may be delivered to a collection point.
3) Addresses & issues
- Please double-check your delivery address before checkout. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible.
- Incomplete/incorrect addresses or repeated absence may result in a return to sender.
- If your order does not arrive within the maximum estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number to open a claim with the carrier.
4) Split shipments
For logistical reasons, some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels. You will receive a tracking number for each parcel, at no extra cost.
5) Holidays & force majeure
Delivery times may be affected by local holidays, extreme weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

When does the delivery time start?
From the moment the order is dispatched from our warehouse. For personalized products, please add 1–2 business days for preparation.
Is free shipping available for all orders?
In Spain (Mainland) and France/Germany/Italy, Standard shipping is free from €40 minimum order. For other destinations, the rates shown apply.
Can I change my address after purchase?
If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will try to update it. If it is already in transit, it will depend on the courier and may cause delays.
